What is Paws Hotel?
Paws Hotel is site designed specifically to search for pet friendly accommodation.  We do not list any accommodation if your pet cannot stay with you.  You can also search for pet minding services if you cannot take your pet with you, eg Dog sitting.

Do I need to signup to use the site?
No.  You do not need to signup to use this site to search for or contact the different accommodation options.  You only need to signup if you want to advertise your accommodation or services, or if you want to write a review on the site.

How much does it cost to signup?
Nothing.  You need to signup if you want to write a review or advertise your accommodation or pet minding service and it will not cost you anything.

What are the advantages of advertising on Paws Hotel?
1)    It’s Free
2)    You can upload up to 5 pictures on your listing
3)    You will reach caring people who want the best holiday for themselves and their pets
4)    You can get a priory listing appear on the front page (these are very limited and are at a price to cover our costs).  Contact us for more details on this

I want to list my services as a pet minder, but I want to keep my address private.
Your address will automatically be kept private if you sign up for 1) Dog Walking/Feeding, 2) Dog Day Care, 3) Dog Sitting (Not at your place), 4) Dog sitting (at your place).  All other contact details such as phone number, fax number, email address, URL, and suburb will be visible to visitors of the site.

I want to review a hotel.  How do I do this?
Please signup as a review writer and you can write your review.  We encourage everyone who has used this site to come back and write a review after their holiday.

I had a great holiday and have great pictures I want to share.
Please send a picture with your pet enjoying their holiday and a 1 paragraph story about the holiday.  We will soon be adding a page where we will be displaying selection of your stories and pictures.

I stayed at a place which I would love to see listed here – what can I do?
Please send us an email with their details and we will contact them directly.  We love getting your recommendations.

Do you have paid advertising?
Yes.  Even though this site is free, to cover our costs, we do have limited paid advertising on the site.  Please contact us to find out about advertising options and details.

Do you give our details out to marketing companies?
No.  We will never give or sell your details to any 3rd parties or marketing companies.
